Refund & Return Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Due to the nature of our personal care products, we have the following policy.

Returns

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on opened or used products.

If your item is unopened and in its original condition, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of:

  • The product

  • The packaging

  • The shipping label

We will gladly replace the item or issue a refund if applicable.

Refunds

Once approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error was on our side.

Non-Refundable Items

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Final sale items
